Annexation to Lisle = Higher taxes and zero benefits!!!!

At this time Naper Place homeowners DO NOT PAY any Village of Lisle taxes.  That is approximately $150 savings per unit every year!

Look at the two tax bills below.  Walnut Creek is in the Village and pays, while Naper Place does not.

Why do we need to pay Lisle money?   We receive no benefits.  They don’t even maintain our streets or snowplow in the winter.

Also, the Village mandates that we use their chosen garbage company, which is almost twice as expensive.

For some reason our board is talking about re-annexing back into Lisle.

What is the board getting in return to make you all pay extra?  Otherwise, re-annexation makes no sense.
