What happened to the $60,000 in reserves?  Why are reserves not being replenished?  What happened to the laundry money? What happened to the truck? What happened to the bobcat?  What happened to finishing painting the hallways and lobbies of the buildings?  What happened to finishing the balcony project?  What happened to the promises of a seven day a week open clubhouse office?

What’s hiding behind the sudden urge to deconvert?  What problems is the board trying to hide and bury by forcing a sale?
