Are our bills being paid?

The board takes a lot of credit for their financial savvy claiming they started “with a mere $300 in the bank” and now have “an impressive $50,000”. What happened to the $108,000 in reserves they claimed to have in the 2023 budget?   What happened to the truck and bobcat?  How much were they sold for?  What was that money used for?

Many homeowners requested financials per their right under the Illinois Condominium Property Act, but no documents were produced.   One owner sued to get the paperwork.  Instead of turning over the information, the board hired an attorney to fight the owner and keep the information secret.

Hey board members, if what you say is true and you did such a great job, show us the evidence!  What are you hiding? What is the truth? How much money do we have ? What happened to our money? Are our bills being paid?

Why not show us the financials?
