What happens when the association does not pay the bills?

-Contractors refuse to come fix the water main break.  Why did it take days to repair?  The contractor didn’t come until the board paid the bill from the last water main break 7 months ago.

-Instead of snow being plowed well and sidewalks getting shoveled and de-iced/salted you get a note on the front door to be “careful”, its slippery outside.  If we still had the truck and the bobcat, we could use that to clear the snow.

-The elevators take forever to be fixed.

On the other hand, Peletis gets a personal guard outside his building paid for by the homeonwners to protect him from unhappy residents/owners.
