What happened to all OUR money and where is THE AUDIT that you promised?

You raised assessment by 7%. Why no improvements are being made nor regular maintenance kept up?

You took a loan out for $300,000. What do you have to show for it? No upgrades, no maintenance in 2 years.

What happened to 144K in reserves? That money was meant for capital improvements. No upgrades, no maintenance.

Where is the laundry money going? Previous Board projected 80K in income per year. You are showing almost nothing. Who is pocketing laundry money?

You sold association pickup truck. Where is the money?

You rented out the bobcat where is the money?

Is this why you are refusing to show financials to homeowners when they ask?

How much its costing us in attorney fees and court cost to fight homeowners who dare to ask?

Why are you trying so hard to sell association owned units? You need more money to waste? Are you going to burn that money as well?

By the way,  Peletis, nice new air conditioner you have. Pamala, nice upgrades to your condos at the Association expense. Velappan, nice balconies on your condos.
