JOE PELETIS -   I don’t have a real job, but I like to pretend I’m important. I’m super busy trying to annex back into Lisle, so homeowners pay extra village yearly taxes and rezoning fees.  I hire attorneys to defend me, so I don’t have to provide association finances to owners.   I pretend to supervise non-existent projects.  I annoy vendors when they are working.    I claim to have created an organizational system for the complex that I don’t show owners.  I hire property management firms that aren’t licensed. I love taking out loans and spending all of the money. I love writing up statements that are not true and subject me to defamation lawsuits. It is good to pretend I am important.

CHRISTINE CHUMAN – I file affidavits that I am flat broke and have almost no income so that I get free stuff.  When I need to look good, I tell my real estate clients that I’ve sold millions of dollars of real estate.  But don’t worry, I’ll always tell YOU the truth!   Don’t worry I’ll manage the association finances like a true expert.  Hey Joe, how ‘bout sharing that laundry money?

PAMALA MOSS -  I pledge to get rid of certain immigrants! They can all go back to Russia!

I promise to continue eating and yawning throughout the board meetings. Thank you owners for buying me dinners!   This term I was able to get the association to remodel one of my units.  In the term coming up, I think I’ll have the association remodel my second unit.  You know how it is, after so many tenants it needs to be updated and Joe won’t share his laundry money with me.
