Dear Owner,

Lisle Place Association, Joe Peletis, Garrett Black, Velappan Pillai, Kerry McInerney, Pamala Moss are named in yet another lawsuit.

Seven plaintiffs are demanding a total of $7,000,000 for discrimination and breach of fiduciary duty.  These homeowners maintain that they have been subjected to harassment, retaliation, exclusion and other biased and unjust treatment.

How much more trouble and how many more lawsuits is this board creating?  The board should be running the association and not chasing personal vendettas against owners that they dislike.  If they can’t treat homeowners fairly and equally, then what are they doing on the board?
