Naperville or Lisle?

Owners should be the ones deciding if Association should stay unincorporated, annex into Naperville or annex into Lisle.

Why did Joe Peletis, without understanding consequences of his actions,  unilaterally filed petition to annex into Lisle?

Its up to owners to decide, not one person, not even the Board.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to annex into Naperville and see our property values soar?

Naperville addresses are in high demand.

if we want to pay village tax again, Naperville village taxes are much lower than Lisle. Lisle still has outstanding balcony violations against Lisle Place owners. Violations are up to $750/day per violation. Are you ready to open your pocketbook?
