Dear Owner,

On April 14, 2025 the water boiler went out in 2301 Beau Monde Terrace. There was no hot water for several days. Then the email came that the water heater is being replaced. On Sunday, April 27, 2025 there was no hot water again and its still out with no end in site.

Why is the brand new water heater not working? Did the association not pay the bill and plumber came and disconnected it?

We are paying our assessment but don’t have hot water.

Can this board handle anything competently and timely or will we just hear a bunch of excuses? Do they only care when problems happen in their building?
