Dear Owner,

Why did the board withhold information regarding the deconversion offer and for how long?  Why did they not send out the paperwork to the homeowners?   This is our decision, not the board’s choice.

This is the 3rd deconversion offer since this board took over.  How bad are association affairs that buyers think they can take over the complex?  Non-existent reserves in case of emergency?  Bills being paid late?  No capital improvements for almost 3 years? Excessive lawsuits?

No matter if you are for or against a deconversion , we all have a right to know. What do deconversion buyers know that we don’t?    Is ‘Saving Lisle Place’ really  ‘Sinking Lisle Place’?
