Dear Owner,

Whatever happened to the financial audit that we were promised almost 3 years ago?  Why is the board not allowing a third party neutral CPA to review the books?    Homeowners are entitled to the financials. We have a right to know where our money is being spent and if it is being spent for the benefit of the association. Many condominium associations do audits every year.

This is one of many promises that the board has failed to follow through on.  The audit provides for financial accountability. Why are we not doing one for 3 years already?
