Dear Owner,

Please thank John Gergits for over 10 years of loyal service.  The new board terminated his employment, as the board needs to save money for lawsuits.

John does not have a license to shovel snow.  The board hired a professional snow service for $20,000, but it does not include cleaning parking lots. Residents, please shovel your own parking spots.

John’s pool operator license has expired.  The board signed a contract with the pool company for next year, another $20,000.

John will not be available to help residents with plumbing. Per New Board policy, hire your own plumber.

John was not a licensed locksmith.  If the lock is broken, its your problem. Use another door or tape of the lock.
