Are we getting an assessment refund?

The 2301 Beau Monde Lane elevator has been broken for a month.

The board doesn’t want to spend money to repair and/or replace it.

Several homeowners have filed in court to force them to fix the elevator.

Why is the board not taking care of the complex, but instead wasting money on attorneys ?

Can they solve any problems without litigation? Why are we paying high assessments and not getting things fixed when they break?

No major projects have been started or completed since they took over.

Are they going to refund our assessments because nothing is being done?
