How many are now pending, six?

When will the brainless board get over its exaggerated sense of its own importance and stop acting like bullies, jerks and overall blockheads?

When will they stop spending money on attorney fees and start repairing and upgrading our property?

How many more lawsuits are going to be filed before they come to their senses and start acting like a normal board who actually cares about the complex?

When will they stop harassing people into filing lawsuits?

They probably wouldn’t be acting like this if they had to spend their own money on lawyers or settlements.

Instead, they are spending ours.

Make no mistake, it’s the homeowners who are paying the bill.
