The DuPage County Court has set a trial date against defendant Lisle Place Board members .

Here’s the kicker: insurance does NOT cover intentional misconduct — things like defamation, discrimination, and malicious lies. That means when judgment day comes, the tab won’t be picked up by the Association’s policy.

So how exactly are these Board members planning to pay?
