Aren't Washers and Dryers under warranty?

Why is the new board not making a simple phone call to get the machines fixed? That repair should be FREE!

Why are they not collecting any laundry income?  That’s about $4000 per month/$50,000 per year, not coming to the association.

Is it so hard to call in a repair? Is it so hard to collect the dollars that are already in the machines?

This is a huge chunk of money. Where is it?  How soon before the new board runs out of funds and raises the assessments?
