Our Condos are NOT selling!

Since the new board took power, per the MLS information, only 1 condo has sold (for cash).  All other deals have fallen through.

In the last year, 14 units have been unable to sell, some have had multiple deals fall through. Again, the only sales have been for cash.

One owner after loosing several buyers took the property of the market, another one, after loosing the buyer has lowered the price.

What happened to new board’s promises that our units will be worth $200,000? Unless there’s a cash buyer, no one can sell.

Why are our units so hard to sell?

  • Custodian election bill to the association for $38,000?
  • How many other unpaid bills?
  • New Board filing lawsuits?
  • Lawsuit filed for personal injury and being ignored by the board?
  • Balcony project not being finished?
  • Ignored repairs?
