Why does my statement say I owe money when I pay on time?

The answer is that no one knows.  Many homeowners have complained that they pay their dues on time, but the statements show amounts owing.  The charges don’t make sense.

Does the new board even know how much money the association has if the books are so messed up?

Simple search on Advocate Property Management site shows that they are hiring for accounting positions.  Do they even have someone who can add and subtract?  Is that the best we could get for $100,000?  Did the new board do any research prior to hiring this company?
